All firearms are sold as collector items. A through inspection by a qualified gunsmith is required before an antique or used firearm is fired. I do not warrantee their safety. |

Trades are always considered. Layaway with 20% down, balance due in 90 days. As is customary, layaway sales are final. |

All firearms manufactured after January 1, 1899 require a Federal Firearms License. Please forward a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License with your payment. |

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws, and venue of all disputes shall be in Broward County. |
